What are the delivery methods offered on the site ?

The shipping costs are offered from 59 euros of purchase anywhere in Europe.
This offer applies to orders in service Colissimo from La Poste.
The delivery time is Less than or equal to 5 days
Regarding delivery by Chronopost, there are no offers.
The delivery time is Less than or equal to 2 days
Working days: Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays.

- Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 2pm : preparation on the same day or next business day

How do I get free shipping?
Click & Collect delivery is offered without any minimum purchase, for all our customers.
The delivery colissimo or in relay point is offered for any order of an amount higher than 49 € only in Europe.
How do I get delivered to a different address from my home ?
Simply click on "Enter a new address": you can either select an address from your registered delivery addresses or fill in a new one (to make a gift, to be delivered to your workplace, etc.)
The invoice for your order is sent only by e-mail to the address mentioned on your customer account premiere-avenue.com, it is not attached to the order.
How to exchange a product ?
You are not entirely satisfied with a purchase? You can exchange your product for 15 days, from the date of receipt of your order.
NB: The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, with its accessories and instructions.
How to proceed ?
At the store :
- Take advantage of : The invoice of your order
(received by email, and printable) or the receipt of your Click & Collect order.
- The return voucher, to be printed

You received a damaged product / incomplete order, what do you do ?
If you find that your order is incomplete or damaged, we invite you to contact PREMIERE AVENUE Customer Service by email at email@example.com,
or by phone, from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 8 pm at 04.76.46.42 .60
We also invite you to send us by email, a proof of identity and a description of the problem encountered.
What to do if you forgot your password ?
You can reset your password at any time by going to your login page and clicking " Forgot your password ".
Once this step is completed :
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click on the "save" button.
- You will receive an email with a link. Click on it to create a new password and access your account again.
- You will be able to log in again
NB: You can change your password at any time on your personal space in the "Change profile" section.
How to track your order?
Tracking your order
Once your order has been finalized, you will be able to follow its progress on your customer account, under the heading "My orders".
Once your order has been validated, an e-mail containing the number of your package will be sent to you.
You did not receive your order, what to do?
Delivery times are expressed in working days, which does not consider Sundays and public holidays.
If, after counting only business days, your expectation is longer than the advertised delivery time, we invite you to contact PREMIERE AVENUE Customer Service.
The means of payment accepted on the site?
Your site premiere-avenue.com accepts the following bank cards :
You can buy and / or use a PREMIERE AVENUE gift card both in store and on premiere-avenue.com for a period of 3 months.
To find out the balance available on your PREMIERE AVENUE gift card and its expiry date, you can present it at the cashier of one of our stores or contact PREMIERE AVENUE Customer Service from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm 04.76.46.42.60
- It is not possible to buy a gift card with a gift card (see our General Conditions of Sale)
- A gift card can not be exchanged or refunded in case of loss, theft or deterioration
- Non-nominative gift card
Travelers checks are not accepted by the PREMIERE AVENUE stores.
Cash is not accepted as a method of payment for online orders.
However, cash is accepted by the stores of the PREMIERE AVENUE stores.
Each of the accepted payment methods is checked by PREMIERE AVENUE, which reserves the right to refuse to process a transaction,
sale or shipment in case of suspicion of fraud or illegal activity. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Is payment secure at premiere-avenue.com ?
PREMIERE AVENUE has a secure payment tool, Paybox System, which uses proven cryptographic techniques and complies with various banking regulations. In addition, you are charged only when your order is sent to you.
How do I get an invoice?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive your invoice by email, including the detail of your order.
If you do not see this mail, take a look at your spam / spam folder.
Remember to check in your spam / junk mail folder.
If this email does not reach you, we invite you to contact the Customer Service PREMIERE AVENUE which welcomes you from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, at 04.76.46.42.60 (free service + call price).
How do I add / edit / delete a payment method ?
You can register, add or delete a payment method when registering an order, in the "your payment" step. Simply click on the cross to the right of the registered means of payment and then click on «validate».
You can manage your payment methods by logging in to your account in the "My means of payment".
Your PREMIERE AVENUE customer account is protected by an automatic block that will be triggered after too many unsuccessful connection attempts.
The security logo guarantees total security of your bank details on our site.
How to find your PREMIERE AVENUE stores ?
To find PREMIERE AVENUE stores and their contact details and schedules,
you can consult the "Our Boutiques" section or at the bottom of each page of the site premiere-avenue.com.
How to order on the site?
Once you have found the product (s) you wish to order :
- Choose the product
- Click on Add to Cart
The addition is confirmed, you can continue your purchases or finalize your order.
By clicking on "View my cart", you can access your shopping cart.
3 - On your shopping cart, check the products that have been added. You can change their quantity or delete them if necessary.
4 - If you have a promotional code, you can enter it here. Do not forget to click on "add"
- The "Summary" tab allows you to check your order and modify it if necessary.
- Choose your payment mode (s).
- Only PREMIERE AVENUE gift cards are accepted on our website. Simply fill in the card number and its PIN (on the back of the card).
- You can not accumulate a PayPal payment and a gift card for the same order.
Confirmation of your order
Once the payment has been made, a new page will appear with the summary of your order: your products, your method of delivery, the total amount, etc.
Following the registration of your order (except Click & Collect), you will receive 2 e-mails:
- An order confirmation email listing the products ordered, the method of delivery chosen and the total amount of your order.
- An email confirming the shipping of your order, once your order is prepared and taken care of by the carrier, and your electronic invoice as an attachment.
How to order by phone?
You can also order from the PREMIERE AVENUE distance-selling service with personalized advice.

How to create an internet account ?
You will find at the top right of each page of the site premiere-avenue.com, a dedicated space allowing you to create your account.
- Click on "My Account" in the box at the top right of the home page and then on "New Customer"
- On the form of creation of account, fill all the requested information and click on «Save».
How do I access the account?
You will be able to find your personal information by logging in via the "My account" section at the top right of your screen. You will be taken to the authentication page.
Your account gives you access to:
- Your personal information and the possibility to modify via the "change my contact information" section
- The history of your orders
- The details of your orders
How do I delete my account ?
If you would like to delete your account, please send your request by post or e-mail to our Customer Service, attaching a photocopy of your ID.

How do I search for a product on the site ?
How to find a product on the site ?
1 - Use the search bar at the top of your premiere-avenue.com page to enter keywords or even the name of the product you want.
2 - Click on the visual of the product you are looking for.
Search by brand
If you do not remember the name of the product but you know the brand name, click on the "Our Brands" tab.
Once on the Brand page, you can refine your search by choosing the product universe.

If you do not know the brand name or the product name, click on one of the categories available on the homepage of the site.
Looking for a business gift
